WHO WE ARE

That’s the problem Crystal Clear Dental was built to solve. Our San Antonio office houses general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, orthodontics, and oral surgery under one roof, so the dentist who diagnoses your issue is often the one who treats it, or hands you off to a colleague down the hall instead of across town.
We also rethought what a dental visit should feel like. Massaging chairs, calming aromatherapy, and a reception space designed more
like a spa than a clinic are small details, but they add up to patients who actually keep their appointments instead of dreading them.

Braces or Invisalign, kids or adults: Dr. Aljaff builds the plan around whatever timeline and budget the patient actually has, not a one-size-fits-all template. A certified Invisalign provider, he specializes in personalized orthodontic care designed to help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles at Crystal Clear Dental.
Board-Certified Periodontist & Implant Specialist
Gum disease, guided implant surgery, complex restorative work: cases that would normally mean a referral out to a specialist stay in-house with Dr. Kohut, who is board-certified in periodontics.

BEYOND THE CHAIR
Our team shows up at free dental days and visits San Antonio schools to teach kids the basics of oral health before cavities start. We also train dental assistants and mentor pre-dental students who want real hands-on experience before they apply to dental school.

Yes, whenever availability allows. If you need urgent care, call us as early in the day as possible so we can try to fit you in.
Yes. Severe pain, broken or knocked-out teeth, swelling, and infections are all treated as priorities. Contact us right away and we’ll get you seen quickly.
Most patients should visit every six months for a cleaning and exam. Some cases call for more frequent visits, which we’ll recommend based on your specific needs.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any current medications. If you have recent dental X-rays, those help too.
